考虑电容电压平衡的五电平ANPC最小共模电压抑制策略

A Five-Level ANPC Minimum Common-Mode Voltage Rejection Strategy Considering Capacitor Voltage Balancing

  • 摘要: 五电平主动中性点钳位(Active Neutral Point Clamped, ANPC)变换器在新能源、电力拖动等领域得到了广泛的应用。基于此,提出了一种基于载波移相脉宽调制(Phase-Shifted, PS-PWM)的新型共模电压(Common Mode Voltage, CMV)抑制策略,通过向调制波注入零序电压来实现最小化的共模电压,同时不影响中性点电容电压与悬浮电容电压的平衡能力,并通过仿真验证了所提算法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: Five-level active neutral point clamped(ANPC) converters have been widely used in new energy, electric traction and other fields. In this paper, a novel common mode voltage(CMV) rejection strategy based on phase-shifted pulse width modulation(PS-PWM) is proposed, which minimizes the common mode voltage by injecting a zero-sequence voltage into the modulation wave, without affecting the balance between the neutral point capacitor voltage and the suspended capacitor voltage, and the feasibility of the proposed algorithm is verified by simulation.
