基于PSCAD/EMTDC仿真的发电机定子绕组匝间短路动态特征辨识方法研究

Research on Dynamic Characteristic Identification Method of Interturn Short Circuit in Generator Stator Winding Based on PSCAD/EMTDC Simulation

  • 摘要: 针对发电机定子绕组匝间短路故障难以准确辨识的问题,开展基于PSCAD/EMTDC仿真的动态特征辨识方法研究。构建发电机三维故障模型,在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真环境中模拟了匝间短路故障时的电磁暂态过程。在此基础上,提取了故障电流的动态频谱特征,该特征能敏感反映匝间短路引起的微小电气量变化。进一步,设计了一种毫秒级故障检测方法,利用动态频谱特征实现对匝间短路故障的实时辨识。通过对比实验证明,该方法相较于现有方法显著提高了故障检测的准确性,能在故障发生的初期阶段进行有效识别,为发电机的及时维护与安全运行提供了有力的技术支撑。

     

    Abstract: In view of the difficulty in identifying the generator stator winding interturn short circuit fault accurately, the dynamic feature identification method based on PSCAD/EMTDC simulation was studied. By constructing a 3D fault model of generator in PSCAD/EMTDC simulation environment, the electromagnetic transient process of interturn short-circuit fault is simulated. On this basis, the dynamic spectrum characteristics of the fault current are extracted, which can sensitively reflect the change of small electrical volume caused by the interturn short circuit. Further, a millisecond fault detection method is designed to realize real-time identification of interturn short circuit faults by using dynamic spectrum characteristics. Compared with the existing methods, the proposed method can significantly improve the accuracy of fault detection, and can effectively identify faults at the initial stage, which provides a strong technical support for the timely maintenance and safe operation of generators.
