基于改进龙伯格观测器的PMSS无传感器控制方法

Sensorless Control Method of PMSS Based on Improved Luenberger Observer

  • 摘要: 为了简化控制器设计,增强系统的鲁棒性,在龙伯格观测器的基础上,提出了一种永磁同步电主轴无传感器的控制方法。首先构建永磁同步电主轴数学模型,引入龙伯格观测器状态方程,采用线性控制,构造出观测器模型。再通过观测器观测到反电动势后,结合锁相环来获取转子位置和转速。最后采用FL170-20-15型高速电主轴进行验证,结果表明这种控制方法结构简单,能准确估算主轴转子位置及转速。

     

    Abstract: To simplify the design of the controller and enhance the robustness of the system, a sensorless control method for permanent magnet synchronous electric spindles is proposed based on the Luenberger observer. Initially, a mathematical model of the electric spindle is established, followed by the introduction of the state equations of the Luenberger observer. Linear control techniques are employed to construct the observer model. After obtaining the back electromotive force(EMF) from the observer, the rotor position and speed are acquired by integrating a phase-locked loop(PLL). The proposed method is validated using an FL170-20-15 high-speed electric spindle. Experimental results demonstrate that this control method features a simple structure and provides accurate estimation of the spindle rotor position and speed.
