微米氧化铝环氧树脂在屏蔽式固体全绝缘开关设备的应用

Application of Micro-Al2O3 in the Shielded Solid Fully Insulated Switchgear

  • 摘要: 随着新型电力系统不断建设,在高海拔、高盐雾、高温的环境下,对开关设备的小型化、大电流需求逐年增加,但大电流产生的温升对环氧树脂的散热提出新的技术挑战。普通环氧树脂导热性限制了大电流开关的应用,急需新材料、新工艺的新型环氧树脂散热材料来解决大电流散热。通过氧化铝填料在环氧树脂中不同比份的制备,对复合材料的导热性和电气性能进行了测量,结果表明其热导率达到3 W/(m·k),电气性能高于行业标准,使得微米氧化铝环氧树脂在屏蔽式固体全绝缘开关设备的应用得以实现。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous advancement of the construction of new power systems, in the environment of high altitude, high salt spray and high temperature. The miniaturization of switchgear and the demand for high current are increasing year by year, but the temperature rise caused by high current poses new technical challenges to the heat dissipation of epoxy resin. The thermal conductivity of ordinary epoxy resin limits the application of high-current switches, and there is an urgent need for new materials and processes to develop new epoxy resin heat dissipation materials to solve the problem of high-current heat dissipation. This article describes the preparation of different proportions of alumina filler in epoxy resin. The thermal conductivity and electrical properties of the composite material were measured. Its thermal conductivity reaches 3 W/(m·k), and its electrical performance is higher than the industry standard. The application technology of micro-Al2O3 epoxy resin in shielded solid fully insulated switchgear is realized.
