一起由装配工艺不良导致的220 kV GIS母线跳闸故障分析

Analysis of a Bus-bar Trip of 220 kV GIS Caused by Assembly Process Issues

  • 摘要: 针对某220 kV GIS设备运行过程中突然发生的母线跳闸故障,通过现场检查、资料检查、设备解体、仿真计算、分析讨论等,明确故障原因为厂内装配阶段工艺管控不到位。具体表现为母线壳体内导电杆与屏蔽罩间未完全对中,运行过程中导电杆与屏蔽罩边缘刮擦产生的金属异物导致母线A相和B相短路接地,最终引发母线三相跳闸。

     

    Abstract: For a sudden bus-bar trip of 220 kV GIS in operation, multi means such as on-site inspection, document check-up, equipment disintegration, simulation calculation, analysis and discussion are taken to make it clear that the factory assembly process issues caused the failure. Due to lack of process control, the important parts in the bus-bar shell, the conductive rod and shielding cover, are not completely aligned as designed. The small metal particles generated by friction between conductive rod and shielding cover cause the ground short circuit of phase A and phase B in the bus-bar shell, and finally result in three-phase trip of the bus-bar.
