一起110kV主变低压侧进线母线桥箱故障事件的分析与探讨

Analysis and Discussion of a Fault Event of 110 kV Main Transformer Low-voltage Side Incoming Bus Bridge Box

  • 摘要: 为减少10 kV开关柜内母线桥因小动物或异物搭接造成短路事故,通常使用热缩套包裹母线桥、绝缘护套包裹母排连接处,但由此引发的故障事件时有发生。主要介绍了一起由绝缘护套积灰受潮脱落导致的110 kV变电站内主变低压侧进线母线桥箱故障事件,结合故障现场检查情况,通过搭建试验模型,开展模拟验证试验,分析了事故发生的主要原因,并结合现行的标准与技术规范要求,提出了完善安装验收规范、缩短检修周期等相关运维策略建议。

     

    Abstract: In order to reduce the occurrence of short circuit accidents caused by small animals or foreign objects in the bus bridge in the 10 kV switchgear, the bus bridge is usually wrapped with a heat shrinkable sleeve and the bus bar connection is wrapped with an insulating sheath, but the resulting fault events occur from time to time. Combined with the on-site inspection of the fault, the main cause of the accident is analyzed by building a test model and carrying out simulation verification tests, and combined with the current standards and technical specifications, the relevant operation and maintenance strategies such as improving the installation and acceptance specifications and shortening the maintenance cycle are proposed.
