经互感器接入电能表更换绝缘夹子

Replacement Insulation Clamps for Energy Meters with Transformer

  • 摘要: 针对电力系统中经互感器接入电能表的绝缘夹子进行研究与改进。鉴于传统绝缘夹子在特定条件下可能存在绝缘性能不佳的问题,提出一种新型绝缘夹子,以提高电能测量的精准度和设备安全性。新型夹子采用高质量绝缘材料,设计有扭力弹簧控制张合动作,适应不同规格的导线,并配备清晰的标号以减少接线错误。一系列实验表明该新型绝缘夹子具有优于传统夹子的性能。

     

    Abstract: This paper conducts research and improvement on the insulation clamps of energy meters connected through transformers in power systems. Due to the potential poor insulation performance of traditional clamps under certain conditions, a new type of insulation clamp is proposed to enhance the accuracy of energy measurement and the safety of equipment. The new clamp is made of high-quality insulating materials, features a torsion spring to control the clamping action, adapts to conductors of various specifications, and is equipped with clear markings to reduce wiring errors. A series of experiments demonstrate the superior performance of the new clamp over traditional ones.
