基于X射线数字成像检测技术的组合电器故障定位策略

Fault Localization Strategy for Composite Electrical Appliances Based on X-ray Digital Imaging Detection Technology

  • 摘要: X射线数字成像检测技术以其可视化、无损设备等技术优势在电力系统中得到广泛应用。针对一起220 kV组合电器回路电阻超标故障,分析不同故障点定位策略方法,最后利用X射线数字成像技术在不停电或少停电的情况下快速准确定位到故障点,弥补了现有例行检测手段不直观、缺陷定位难的不足。

     

    Abstract: X-ray digital radiography has been widely utilized in power systems due to its technical advantages including visualization and non-destructive features to equipment. This paper introduces a fault of excessive loop resistance in 220 kV gas-insulated switchgear and analyzes different strategies and methods for locating the fault points. Finally, the X-ray digital radiography is used to locate the fault point accurately and rapidly, with or without power outage or with minimal power outage. It compensates for the shortcomings of the existing routine detection methods, namely lack of intuitiveness and difficulty in defect location.
