Abstract:
With the continuous changes in national and provincial power policies, the adjustment of peak-valley electricity prices is frequent, which puts forward higher requirements for the flexible configuration of rate periods of energy meters. However, the existing marketing field operation terminals have many problems in setting rate periods, such as not supporting flexible adjustment of time periods, inconsistent programs among equipment manufacturers, and screen display settings that do not meet business requirements. The above problems make the distribution network staff have to go to the site frequently for manual setting, which not only increases the overall difficulty of the work but also consumes a lot of time. This paper introduces a design method based on a terminal App for setting and real-time calibration of rate periods of multi-functional energy meters. The hardware of this device is based on a common Android mobile phone, and the flexible setting and real-time verification of rate periods of multi-functional energy meters are realized through software development. The results show that this device can complete the setting of rate periods quickly and accurately, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the setting results through real-time interaction with the metering automation system, greatly improving the work efficiency of field staff.
