核电站主给水泵系统的可靠性分析及优化改进

Reliability Analysis and Optimization Improvement of the Main Feedwater Pump System in Nuclear Power Plants

  • 摘要: 为提高核电站仪控系统的运行可靠性,以某核电站1#、2#机组的主给水泵系统为对象,通过可靠性分析明确逻辑设计和运行功能存在的问题,并阐述相应的优化改进方法。改进后的主给水泵系统满足生产控制需求,运行稳定性明显提升,可减轻人员的监控工作量。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the operational reliability of the instrumentation and control system in nuclear power plants, this article selects the main feedwater pump system of Units 1 and 2 in a certain nuclear power plant as the object, clarifies the problems in logical design and operational functions through reliability analysis, and elaborates on corresponding optimization and improvement methods. The results show that the improved main feedwater pump system meets production control requirements, significantly improves operational stability, and can reduce personnel monitoring workload.
