计及公共桩数量的居民区电动汽车有序充电策略

Orderly Charging Strategy of Electric Vehicles in Residential Areas Considering the Number of Public Piles

  • 摘要: 为了解决居民区充电设施不足导致的“充电难”以及电动汽车接入电网导致的负荷波动过大等问题,提出一种考虑居民区公共充电桩电动汽车接纳量的两阶段有序充电模型。一阶段模型优先考虑居民区公共充电桩的最大电动汽车接纳量,二阶段模型根据一阶段的结果,共同进行私人桩与公共桩的有序充电安排。最后对某充电桩数目受限的居民小区进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明提出的有序充电策略能够更合理地安排公共桩用户的充电计划。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the "charging difficulty" caused by the lack of charging facilities in residential areas and the excessive load fluctuation caused by electric vehicles connected to the power grid, a two-stage orderly charging model considering the electric vehicles acceptance in public charging piles in residential areas is proposed in this paper. The first stage model gives priority to the maximum electric vehicle acceptance of public charging piles in residential areas, and the second stage model jointly arranges the orderly charging of private piles and public piles according to the results of the first stage. Finally, a residential area with limited number of charging piles is simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the orderly charging strategy proposed in this paper can more reasonably arrange the charging plan of public pile users.
