基于分时电价的源网荷储一体化项目配置策略

  • 摘要: 电力源网荷储一体化是实现电力系统高质量发展的必由之路,更是提升可再生能源开发消纳水平、推动非化石能源消费比重增长的关键举措。为深入分析一体化项目对电网的影响,实现一体化项目快捷友好接入,开展了源网荷储一体化项目配置策略及电网适应性研究。首先通过研究源网荷储一体化相关政策及技术导则,确定一体化项目配置边界条件,建立基于分时电价的一体化项目测算模型,其次以工业企业为例,进行不同目标条件下一体化项目典型配置测算,分析不同目标下经济效益及其对电网的影响。该策略研究可为电网适应一体化项目规模化发展新形势提供借鉴和参考。
