基于电压波形预测的高精度选相控制方法

High Precision Phase Selection Control Method Based on Voltage Waveform Prediction

  • 摘要: 提出了一种基于电压波形预测的高精度选相合闸控制方法,旨在解决传统机械式选相开关合闸角度偏差较大的问题,以满足现代工业中对高精度合闸控制的需求。通过引入DSP(数字信号处理器)技术,利用波形零点预测算法和平均滤波法,实现了对电压波形过零点的准确预测和实时监测,从而提高了合闸控制的精度。实验结果表明,所提出的控制方法有效地减少了合闸角度的偏差,提升了系统整体性能。

     

    Abstract: This article proposes a high-precision phase selection and closing control method based on voltage waveform prediction, aiming to solve the problem of large closing angle deviation in traditional mechanical phase selection switches and meet the demand for high-precision closing control in modern industry. By introducing DSP(Digital Signal Processor) technology and utilizing waveform zero point prediction algorithm and average filtering method, accurate prediction and real-time monitoring of voltage waveform zero crossing points have been achieved, thereby improving the accuracy of closing control. The experimental results show that the proposed control method effectively reduces the deviation of the closing angle and improves the overall performance of the system.
