基于工业摄像机与光源控制器联合控制的立体工件尺寸测量

Measurement of 3D Workpiece Dimensions Based on Joint Control of Industrial Cameras and Light Source Controllers

  • 摘要: 针对立体工件测量尺寸时,不同打光导致立体工件成像或投影重合部分一片黑暗,或非投影重合部分边缘模糊的问题,提出了工业摄像机与光源控制器联合控制设计方案。通过工业摄像机与光源控制器联合控制,在不同的光源打光的情况下,对立体工件进行二次拍照,并在此基础上运用Sobel算子,对图像进行边缘检测,在x及y方向计算综合灰度梯度值,从而得到立体工件清晰边缘图像。该方案已应用到实际在线生产中,可大幅提升检测准确度,提高产品质量。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a joint control design scheme for industrial cameras and light source controllers to address the problem of dark areas or blurred edges in non projection overlapping parts caused by different lighting during the measurement of dimensions of three-dimensional workpieces. Through the joint control of industrial cameras and light source controllers, the three-dimensional workpiece is photographed twice under different light sources. Based on this, the Sobel operator is used to perform edge detection on the image, calculate the comprehensive grayscale gradient values in the x and y directions, and obtain clear edge images of the three-dimensional workpiece. This solution has been applied in actual online production, significantly improving detection accuracy and enhancing product quality.
