Abstract:
Adjust the proportion of components in the refrigerant mixture according to the refrigeration requirements and system characteristics. The process of refrigeration cycle is controlled by the control loop, and the anti-surge process control is carried out on the mixed refrigerant compressor to complete the process optimization. After optimization, the power of the mixed refrigeration compressor was 1100 kW, the power value of the refrigerant compressor was reduced by about 45%, and the energy consumption of the liquefaction process was reduced. The pressure difference before and after throttling of refrigerant throttle valve is 5.4 MPa, the result is more reasonable than before optimization, and the circulating power consumption of refrigerant is reduced.
