海上浮式FLNG液化一体化工艺优化

Optimization of Integrated Process of Floating FLNG Liquefaction at Sea

  • 摘要: 根据制冷需求和系统特性,调整混合制冷剂中各组分的比例。通过控制回路对制冷循环过程进行控制,对混合冷剂压缩机进行防喘振工艺控制从而完成工艺优化。优化后混合冷剂压缩机功率为1100 kW,降低了约45%,降低了液化流程的能耗;冷剂节流阀节流前后的压力差为5.4 MPa,结果较优化前更合理,减少了制冷剂的循环功耗。

     

    Abstract: Adjust the proportion of components in the refrigerant mixture according to the refrigeration requirements and system characteristics. The process of refrigeration cycle is controlled by the control loop, and the anti-surge process control is carried out on the mixed refrigerant compressor to complete the process optimization. After optimization, the power of the mixed refrigeration compressor was 1100 kW, the power value of the refrigerant compressor was reduced by about 45%, and the energy consumption of the liquefaction process was reduced. The pressure difference before and after throttling of refrigerant throttle valve is 5.4 MPa, the result is more reasonable than before optimization, and the circulating power consumption of refrigerant is reduced.
