DCS工业控制卡件自动测试系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation for Automatic Test System of DCS Industrial Control Card

  • 摘要: 为了实现DCS工业控制卡件的自动测试任务,保证卡件的硬件和功能的稳定可靠,设计了一套DCS工业控制卡件自动测试系统。该系统硬件使用标准的4U机箱及其他配套硬件,采用嵌入式设计、模块化安装方式;软件基于嵌入式Linux系统,采用多进程、多任务设计方法,软硬件共同配合实现了DCS工业控制卡件的高度自动化测试。该系统经试验验证,目前稳定运行于生产线上,对生产出的卡件进行自动测试,大大提升了卡件的生产效率和出厂质量。

     

    Abstract: The automatic test system of DCS industrial control card is designed to realize the automatic test task of DCS industrial control card and ensure that the hardware and function of the card is stable and reliable. The system hardware uses standard 4U chassis and other accessories, and adopts embedded design and modular installation. The software based on the embedded Linux system, it adopts the design method of multi-process and multi-task. The software and hardware cooperate together to realize the highly automatic test of DCS card. The system has been tested and verified, and now it runs stably on the production line. It automatically tests the produced cards, which greatly improves the production efficiency and quality of the cards.
