Abstract: Based on the characteristics of ice disasters in Zhejiang Province over the years, the path design of the line is deepened through the demonstration of a large-scale route plan, the refinement of tension section design, and the identification of key tower positions, in order to reserve more safety margins for the safe operation of the line.
