基于功能可靠性仿真的开关电源寿命预测方法

Life Prediction Research Based on Functional Reliability Simulation Analysis for Switching Power Supply

  • 摘要: 开关电源是影响电路可靠性的关键部件,基于EDA软件对开关电源进行建模,并在此基础上研究容差分析与器件性能退化相结合的开关电源功能可靠性仿真测试方法。相较于实物可靠性测试方式,该方法具有灵活性高、测试周期短、测试成本低等优点。实验测试结果显示该方法能够对开关电源进行合理的寿命预测。

     

    Abstract: The switching power supply is a critical component affecting circuit reliability. This paper establishes a model of the switching power supply based on EDA software and investigates a functional reliability simulation testing method based on the tolerance analysis and device performance degradation. Compared to physical testing, the proposed method provides more flexible, quick and low costway for reliability estimation. Experimental results show that this method can provide reasonable lifetime predictions for switching power supplies.
