Abstract:
In recent years, State Grid has continuously promoted the standardized operation of the electricity market, but due to economic interests, user electricity theft still exists, posing a threat to the order of the electricity market and electricity safety. To this end, State Grid Corporation of China has conducted research on the risk rating algorithm for electricity theft and constructed a risk prediction model for electricity theft based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, achieving accurate assessment of users′ electricity theft risks. This model will assist power supply companies in effectively combating electricity theft and maintaining normal order in the electricity market.
