基于模糊层次分析法的松江电力用户窃电风险评级算法优化研究

Research on Optimization of Electricity Theft Risk Rating Algorithm for Songjiang Power Users Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

  • 摘要: 近年来,国家电网不断推进电力市场规范化运行,但由于经济利益的驱使,用户窃电行为依然存在,对电力市场秩序和用电安全构成威胁。为此,国网公司基于窃电风险评级算法研究,构建了基于模糊层次分析法的窃电风险预测模型,实现了对用户窃电风险的精准评估。该模型将助力供电企业有效打击窃电行为,维护电力市场正常秩序。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, State Grid has continuously promoted the standardized operation of the electricity market, but due to economic interests, user electricity theft still exists, posing a threat to the order of the electricity market and electricity safety. To this end, State Grid Corporation of China has conducted research on the risk rating algorithm for electricity theft and constructed a risk prediction model for electricity theft based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, achieving accurate assessment of users′ electricity theft risks. This model will assist power supply companies in effectively combating electricity theft and maintaining normal order in the electricity market.
