全自动自适应杆径电杆角度调整装置研究

Research on Fully Automatic Adaptive Pole Diameter and Electric Pole Angle Adjustment Device

  • 摘要: 带电作业中,可能会出现绝缘遮蔽罩掉落以及电杆意外带电等突发状况,这些突发情况对作业人员人身安全造成潜在危害,为此,提出一种全自动电杆角度调整装置,主要包括自动抱箍模块和角度自动旋转校整模块。考虑到电杆角度调整装置为带电作业常用工具,为了增加该装置适应性,设计了适应多种直径电杆的自动抱箍模块。自动抱箍模块和角度自动旋转校整模块均采用高精度压力传感器和步进电机进行准确定位,以确保抱紧压力和旋转力矩在安全范围内,可安全可靠、自动便捷地抱紧和旋转电杆,并高精度地调整电杆安装入洞的角度,不仅加快电杆安装的效率,同时还保证了带电作业技术工作人员的安全。

     

    Abstract: In live-line operations, potential emergencies such as the dropping of insulating shielding covers and accidental energization of electric poles may pose safety risks to personnel. To address this situation, a fully automatic electric pole angle adjustment device is proposed. The device mainly includes an automatic hooping module and an automatic angle rotation correction module. Considering that the electric pole angle adjustment device is commonly used in live-line operations, an automatic hooping module was designed to accommodate poles of various diameters to increase adaptability. Both the automatic hooping module and the automatic angle rotation correction module utilize high-precision pressure sensors and stepper motors for accurate positioning, ensuring that the clamping pressure and rotation torque remain within a safe range. This ensures the safe, reliable, automatic, and convenient clamping and rotation of the pole, as well as high-precision adjustment of the pole′s installation angle into the hole. This not only improves the efficiency of pole installation but also ensures the safety of live-line operation technicians.
