Abstract:
In view of the problems that the unreasonable forecast of planned work period, insufficient means to deal with unexpected situations on the construction site, unqualified acceptance with poor workmanship, distribution grid maintenance plan overtime completion occurs frequently and may causes customer complaints and grievances or reduction of power supply reliability. This article proposes constructing an distribution grid maintenance plan overtime completion risk assessment system, which quantitatively evaluates the risk by assessing the execution status of planned work and deducing the progress of dispatching operation. The practical application proves that the platform can accurately predict the time of supply restoration and effectively evaluate the risk of distribution grid maintenance plan overtime completion.
