高压电流互感器误差在线监测装置设计

Design and Research of Online Error Monitoring Device for High-Voltage Current Transformer

  • 摘要: 高压电流互感器作为电能计量装置的组成部分,其运行误差是否正常直接影响电能量贸易结算的公正性。根据高压电流互感器误差在线监测的需求,设计了一款0.05级电流互感器误差在线监测装置,并对其内部的采样单元、同步单元、运算单元和通信单元的设计进行分析,最后对研制的样机开展准确性测试。试验结果表明,设计的电流互感器误差在线监测装置基本误差满足0.05级设计要求,可以对0.2级电流互感器开展误差在线监测。

     

    Abstract: As a component of electric energy metering devices, the normal operation of high-voltage current transformers directly affects the fairness of electric energy trade settlement. According to the demand for online error monitoring of high-voltage current transformers, this paper designs an online error monitoring device for 0.05-level current transformers. The design of the internal sampling unit, synchronization unit, computing unit and communication unit is analyzed in detail. Finally, accuracy tests are carried out on the developed prototype. The test results show that the basic error of the online error monitoring device for current transformers designed in this paper meets the 0.05-level design requirements and is suitable for online error monitoring of 0.2-level current transformers.
