28 GHz宽带阵列天线串并馈网络的匹配仿真与设计

Matching Simulation and Design of 28 GHz Wideband Array Antenna Series-parallel-feed Network

  • 摘要: 为了更加有效地利用28 GHz宽带阵列天线的性能,对宽带阵列天线的串并馈网络进行阻抗匹配的仿真和设计至关重要。为此,利用电磁仿真软件Ansys Electronics进行阵子间的匹配仿真设计,并在Ansys Electronics软件中模拟天线的匹配电路,以实现天线匹配网络与天线的一体化仿真。仿真表明,经过阵子间的阻抗匹配后,28 GHz宽带阵列天线的串并馈网络电端口的驻波比由20.48降至1.18,传输损耗大大降低。

     

    Abstract: In order to utilize the performance of 28 GHz wideband array antenna more effectively, it is very important to simulate and design the impedance matching of wideband array antenna series and parallel feed network. In this paper, the electromagnetic simulation software Ansys Electronics is used to simulate the matching circuit of the antenna, and the integrated simulation of the antenna matching network and the antenna is realized. The simulation results show that after the impedance matching between the bits, the standing wave ratio of the series parallel feed network electrical port of the 28 GHz broadband array antenna is reduced from 20.48 to 1.18, which greatly reduces the transmission loss.
