基于轨道式巡检机器人和红外热成像技术的空冷岛测温系统的应用

Application of Air Cooled Island Thermometry System Based on Orbital Inspection Robot and Infrared Thermal Imaging Technology

  • 摘要: 空冷岛作为电厂大型工业设施的关键冷却设备,其运行状态直接影响机组效率与安全性。传统人工巡检方式存在效率低、数据不连续、实时性差等问题,为此提出一种基于轨道式巡检机器人和红外热成像技术的空冷岛智能测温系统,通过机器人搭载高精度红外热像仪,结合AI数据分析,实现空冷岛温度场的实时监测与冻结预警。实践应用表明,该系统测温精度达到±2℃,可识别传热管束表面异常冻结,覆盖可视范围95%以上,显著降低人工巡检成本并为空冷岛风机启停控制和冻结处理提供重要依据。

     

    Abstract: As a key cooling equipment for large-scale industrial facilities in power plants, the operation status of the air cooling island directly affects the efficiency and safety of the unit. The traditional manual inspection method has problems such as low efficiency, discontinuous data, and poor real-time performance. This article proposes an intelligent temperature measurement system for an air-cooled island based on a track based inspection robot and infrared thermal imaging technology. By equipping the robot with a high-precision infrared thermal imager and combining AI data analysis, real-time monitoring and freezing warning of the temperature field on the air-cooled island are achieved. Practical application has shown that the temperature measurement accuracy of the system reaches ±2 ℃, and it can identify abnormal freezing on the surface of the heat transfer tube bundle, covering more than 95% of the visible range, significantly reducing the cost of manual inspection, and providing important basis for the start stop control and freezing treatment of the air cooling island fan.
