基于RBF-PSO算法的电力系统储能设备优化选址

Optimization Site Selection of Energy Storage Equipment in Power System Based on RBF-PSO Algorithm

  • 摘要: 优化选址能够显著提升储能设备在电力系统中的效用,提高电力资源配置的合理性,因此提出了基于RBF-PSO算法的电力系统储能设备优化选址方法。首先,采用PSO算法获取最优径向基函数中心,完成RBF网络的优化,利用优化后的RBF网络预测电力系统负荷;其次,根据电力负荷预测结果,将负荷波动、电压波动与日均综合成本最小化作为优化目标,建立电力系统储能设备优化选址模型;最后,设置模型的约束条件,在条件的约束下获得电力系统储能的最优布局。实验结果表明,所提方法可准确获取电力系统的负荷变化情况,在此基础上能更有效地实现储能设备选址。

     

    Abstract: Optimizing site selection can significantly enhance the utility of energy storage equipment in the power system and improve the rationality of power resource allocation. Propose an optimization site selection method for energy storage equipment in power systems based on the RBF-PSO algorithm. Firstly, the PSO algorithm is used to obtain the optimal radial basis function center, complete the optimization of the RBF network, and use the optimized RBF network to predict the load of the power system. Secondly, based on the results of power load forecasting, the optimization objective is to minimize load fluctuations, voltage fluctuations, and daily comprehensive costs, and establish an optimization site selection model for energy storage equipment in the power system. Finally, the constraints of the model were set to obtain the optimal layout of energy storage in the power system under these constraints. The experimental results show that the proposed method can accurately obtain the load changes of the power system, and on this basis, more effectively achieve the site selection of energy storage equipment.
