核电站备用柴油发电机组控制柜硬件设计

Emergency Diesel Generator Control Cabinet Hardware Design for Nuclear Power Stations

  • 摘要: 对核电厂应急柴油发电机组控制柜进行了硬件设计,并依据IEC 61000系列标准,开展了静电放电和射频电磁场辐射抗扰度试验,以验证其安全性和可靠性。结果表明,控制柜在各项测试中均满足或超越了国际标准,展现出卓越的抗干扰性能和稳定性,确保了核电厂在紧急情况下电力供应的可靠性,为相关设备设计和运维管理提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: In this study, a control cabinet for a standby diesel generator set in a nuclear power plant was designed, and in order to verify the ability of the control cabinet to meet high safety and reliability standards, an electrostatic discharge immunity test and a radiofrequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity test were designed in accordance with the IEC 61000 series of standards. The test results show that the control cabinet meets or exceeds the international standard requirements in all the tests, and shows excellent anti-interference performance and stability, which can ensure the reliability of power supply of the nuclear power plant in emergency situations, and provides an important reference for the design and operation and maintenance management of nuclear power plant equipment.
