基于PLC的智能火灾报警系统设计

Simulation on Intelligent Fire Alarm System Based on PLC

  • 摘要: 介绍了一款基于PLC的智能火灾报警系统。通过选用适合火灾检测的PLC硬件,并结合烟雾、温度等传感器采集火灾信号,开发了一套基于PLC的信号处理算法和逻辑控制策略,能通过蜂鸣报警和灯光报警等方式进行疏散并触发相应的灭火装置和排风装置作业。该系统配备了人机交互界面,允许管理者实时监控,并可反馈系统状态。通过网络通信技术,系统可与监控中心实现远程连接,支持远程监控和管理功能。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces a PLC-based intelligent fire alarm system. By selecting PLC hardware suitable for fire detection, and combining smoke, temperature and other sensors to collect fire signals, a set of signal processing algorithms and logic control strategies based on PLC are designed and developed, which can evacuate and trigger the corresponding fire extinguishing devices and exhaust devices through various methods such as buzzer alarms and light alarms. The system is equipped with an HMI interface that allows managers to monitor and feedback the status of the system in real time. Through network communication technology, the system can be remotely connected with the monitoring center and support remote monitoring and management functions.
