循环流化床锅炉中石灰石煅烧硫化的温度与气氛影响研究
Study on the Influence of Temperature and Atmosphere on Limestone Calcination and Sulfurization in Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers

摘要: 通过热重分析和X射线衍射等方法,确定了最佳煅烧温度和气氛条件。研究发现,850℃为最佳煅烧温度,此时SO2转化率达到76.8%,产物具有良好的孔隙结构特征。气氛组分方面,SO2浓度2000ppm、CO2浓度15vol%、O2浓度5vol%的配比最理想。研究结果可为循环流化床锅炉的脱硫工艺优化提供理论依据。Abstract: Through thermogravimetric analysis and X-ray diffraction, the optimal calcination temperature and atmospheric conditions were identified. Results showed that 850 ℃ is the ideal temperature, achieving an SO2 conversion rate of 76.8%, with favorable pore structure characteristics. The optimal atmosphere composition was 2000ppm SO2, 15vol% CO2, and 5vol% O2. These findings provide a theoretical basis for desulfurization process optimization in circulating fluidized bed boilers.
