考虑多煤种组合掺燃的火电厂燃煤热值差控制研究

Research on the Control of Coal Thermal Value Difference in Thermal Power Plants Considering the Combination and Mixing of Multiple Coal Types

  • 摘要: 煤炭质量会对燃煤热值波动造成一定影响,单一煤种的燃烧将导致燃烧过程中出现燃煤热值差较大的问题,因此开展多煤种组合掺燃的火电厂燃煤热值差控制研究。设计燃煤分层热值修正方法,通过对燃煤进行分层处理,并依据各层煤的热值特性进行修正,以提高燃煤热值的准确性。考虑多煤种组合掺燃的火电厂燃煤热值差的计算方法,综合煤种比例、燃烧效率等因素,建立热值差计算函数。通过实时监测热值差,并依据其大小和方向调整燃煤掺烧比例、燃烧参数及锅炉运行方式,实现热值差的动态控制。实例应用证明,新的控制方法可有效降低燃煤热值差,提高火电厂的运行效率和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The quality of coal has a certain impact on the fluctuation of coal calorific value. The combustion of a single coal type will lead to a large difference in coal calorific value during the combustion process. Therefore, research on controlling the difference in coal calorific value in thermal power plants with multiple coal types combined and co fired is carried out. Design a method for correcting the stratified calorific value of coal, by stratifying the coal and adjusting it based on the calorific value characteristics of each layer, in order to improve the accuracy of coal calorific value. Research on the calculation method of thermal power plant coal calorific value difference considering the combination and blending of multiple coal types, and establish a calorific value difference calculation function by comprehensively considering factors such as coal type ratio and combustion efficiency. By monitoring the difference in calorific value in real-time and adjusting the coal blending ratio, combustion parameters, and boiler operation mode based on its size and direction, dynamic control of calorific value difference can be achieved. Through practical applications, it has been proven that the new control method can effectively reduce the difference in coal calorific value, improve the operational efficiency and economic benefits of thermal power plants.
