Abstract:
In the transient coordinated control of variable load, only considering the static characteristics of variable load results in low control accuracy. Therefore, this article designs an optimization method for transient coordinated control of variable load in ultra supercritical units of thermal power plants. Analyze the transient characteristics of the unit′s variable load and construct a mathematical model. Establish a transient coordinated control model for variable load by capturing the dynamic response of power and main steam pressure of the unit during load changes. Using actual operational data to identify and optimize model parameters, ensuring accurate reflection of the dynamic behavior of the unit. Adopting multi-objective optimization to integrate core control indicators such as unit power and main steam pressure, to optimize transient coordinated control of variable load under thermal storage conditions. The experimental results show that the optimized control accuracy is significantly improved, the fluctuation of main steam pressure is reduced, and the recovery time is shortened.
