Abstract: Aiming at the common problem of rotor squirrel cage fracture in the operation of high-voltage asynchronous motor, firstly, the phenomenon and characteristics of high-voltage asynchronous motor rotor squirrel cage fracture fault were analyzed, based on the analysis of the fault phenomenon and characteristics of the in-depth investigation of high-voltage asynchronous motor rotor squirrel cage fracture causes, based on the causes of rotor squirrel cage fracture, and combined with the engineering experience from the design process of the motor rotor and motor management and operation and maintenance point of view to put forward measures to prevent the rotor squirrel cage fracture. Finally, according to the causes of rotor squirrel cage bar breakage, and combined with engineering practice experience, it puts forward measures to prevent rotor squirrel cage bar breakage of high-voltage asynchronous motor from the perspectives of motor rotor design process and motor management and operation maintenance. It provides reference for analyzing and preventing the causes of rotor squirrel cage fracture of high-voltage asynchronous motors.
