球半径对金具起晕场强影响的研究

Study on the Influence of Spherical Radius on the FieldStrength of Metalworking

  • 摘要: 换流站是特高压直流输电工程的核心部分之一。在系统运行时,对换流站内部金具表面的电场有严格的要求,以确保不出现电晕。以不同球电极为研究对象,依据直流工程项目的运行状况建立有限元仿真计算模型,得到了不同电极结构在起晕电压下对应的起晕场强,并由此得到平原地区典型球、环电极起晕电压与起晕场强预测曲线图,为金具结构设计、球半径的选择提供了支撑,确保了换流站其他设备及输电线路上设备的可靠运行。

     

    Abstract: The converter station is one of the core parts of UHVDC power transmission project. When the system is running, the electric field on the surface of the equipment inside the converter station has strict requirements to ensure that there is no corona. In this paper, the finite element simulation model is established based on the operation conditions of DC projects with different spherical electrodes as the research objects. The corresponding halo field strength under the halo voltage of different electrode structures is obtained, and the prediction curve of halo voltage and halo field strength of typical spherical and ring electrodes in plain area is obtained, which provides support for the design of hardware structure and the selection of spherical radius. At the same time, it also provides an important reference for improving the reliability of other equipment in the converter station and the equipment on the transmission line.
