基于近似模型的绝缘子更换卡具轻量化设计优化

Lightweight Optimization of Insulator Replacement Fixtur Based on Approximate Model

  • 摘要: 为了满足卡具在满足强度条件下提高轻量化的设计要求,提出了一种基于数值优化与有限元仿真相结合的卡主轻量化设计方法。以卡爪的几何尺寸为设计变量,箱体质量最小化为优化目标,强度和尺寸为约束条件,建立了箱体轻量化优化数学模型。利用Box-Behnken试验设计获得15组数值模拟试验组合,采用多元回归分析拟合得到了多项式响应面近似模型,并引入轻量化优化数学模型中进行迭代优化,结果表明优化方案的卡爪质量比原方案减少了32.3%。最后通过实际更换绝缘子试验验证了优化结果的正确性。

     

    Abstract: In order to meet the design requirements of improving the lightweight of the fixture under the condition of meeting the strength, a lightweight design method of the fixture based on the combination of numerical optimization and finite element simulation is proposed. Taking the geometric dimension of the jaw as the design variable, the minimization of the box mass as the optimization objective, and the strength and size as the constraint conditions, the mathematical model of the box lightweight optimization was established. Fifteen groups of numerical simulation test combinations were obtained by using Box Behnken test design, polynomial response surface approximation model was obtained by using multiple regression analysis fitting, and was introduced into the lightweight optimization mathematical model for iterative optimization. The results showed that the jaw mass of the optimized scheme was reduced by 32.3 % compared with the original scheme. The correctness of the optimization results is verified by the actual insulator replacement test.
