配网复合材料绝缘横担研究综述

A Review of Research on Composite Insulation Crossarms for Distribution Networks

  • 摘要: 复合材料绝缘横担具有质量轻、强度高、绝缘性能优异和强耐腐蚀性,正在逐步替代传统金属横担,提高了配网运行的稳定性和安全性。为此,研究了复合材料绝缘横担的工作原理、设计原则、材料性能及耐久性,罗列了常用的玻璃纤维增强塑料、碳纤维增强塑料等,并对材料的机械强度、耐腐蚀性、耐候性等关键性能展开了分析与对比,通过耐久性评估验证了复合材料绝缘横担的卓越性能。

     

    Abstract: Composite material insulated crossarms have the advantages of light weight, high strength, excellent insulation performance, and strong corrosion resistance. They are gradually replacing traditional metal crossarms, greatly improving the stability and safety of distribution network operation. This article delves into the working principle, design principles, material properties, and durability of composite insulated crossarms, listing commonly used glass fiber reinforced plastics, carbon fiber reinforced plastics, etc., and conducting in-depth analysis and comparison of key properties such as mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance of the materials. The excellent performance of composite insulated crossarms is verified through durability evaluation.
