面向城区积水内涝的新型注胶式电缆管道封堵策略

A New Injection-type Cable Pipe Sealing Strategy for Urban Waterlogging

  • 摘要: 针对传统电缆沟封堵材料易老化开裂、施工复杂、适应性差等问题,提出一种基于高性能复合材料的新型注胶式电缆管道封堵装置。通过模块化结构设计、双阶段发泡密封技术和环保材料改性,实现了在积水内涝环境下长期可靠的防水密封性能。实验表明,该装置可承受0.5 MPa水压/24 h且无泄漏,耐酸碱腐蚀性能显著优于传统材料,同时具备带水施工、重复使用等特性,为电力系统安全运行提供了有效保障。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems of easy aging and cracking, complicated construction, and poor adaptability of traditional cable trench sealing materials, this study proposes a new type of injection-type cable pipe sealing device based on high-performance composite materials. Through modular design, dual-stage foaming sealing technology, and environmental-friendly material modification, it achieves long-term reliable waterproof sealing performance in waterlogged environments. Experiments show that the device can withstand a water pressure of 0.5 MPa for 24 hours without leakage, with significantly better acid-and alkali-corrosion resistance than traditional materials. It also has characteristics such as construction in water and reusability, providing effective protection for the safe operation of power systems.
