Abstract:
Aiming at the problems of easy aging and cracking, complicated construction, and poor adaptability of traditional cable trench sealing materials, this study proposes a new type of injection-type cable pipe sealing device based on high-performance composite materials. Through modular design, dual-stage foaming sealing technology, and environmental-friendly material modification, it achieves long-term reliable waterproof sealing performance in waterlogged environments. Experiments show that the device can withstand a water pressure of 0.5 MPa for 24 hours without leakage, with significantly better acid-and alkali-corrosion resistance than traditional materials. It also has characteristics such as construction in water and reusability, providing effective protection for the safe operation of power systems.
