低压电缆分支箱智能运维故障诊断装置设计与应用

Design and Application of Intelligent Operation and Maintenance Fault Diagnosis Device for Low-voltage Cable Branch Boxes

  • 摘要: 提出了一种应用于低压电缆分支箱的智能运维故障诊断装置设计方案,该装置由电缆分支箱故障检测主机、配套电流传感器、电压传感器、App软件等部件构成,可实时在线监测电缆分支箱运行工况,识别典型的电缆分支箱出线故障,还具备多种物联网通信能力,可与远程在线监测平台通信。基于该方案开发的实用化装置应用于工程实践后,效果良好。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposes a design scheme for an intelligent operation and maintenance fault diagnosis device applied to low-voltage cable branch boxes. The device consists of a cable branch box fault detection host, supporting current sensors, voltage sensors, App software, and other components. It can monitor the operating conditions of the cable branch box in real time and identify typical outlet faults of the cable branch box. The device has various Internet of Things communication capabilities and can communicate with remote online monitoring platforms. The practical device developed based on this scheme has been applied in engineering practice and has shown good application results.
