OPGW光缆路由带电智能识别与校核系统研究

Research on Live-line Intelligent Identification and Verification System for OPGW Cable Routing

  • 摘要: 为解决带电状态下OPGW光缆路由校核问题,提出一种基于无人机的光缆智能识别与核校系统。该系统通过无人机搭载的光缆识别仪,结合光缆巡线分析仪对瑞利散射信号进行解调,并利用人工智能算法自动识别、校核目标光缆。实验采用特定频率的声波和规则通断控制以排除干扰,结果表明系统能够准确穿透光缆外部的铝线层,误判率低于2%,实现了高精度的光缆校核效果。该技术为复杂环境下的带电OPGW光缆校核提供了高效可靠的解决方案。

     

    Abstract: To address the issue of routing verification for OPGW cables under live conditions, a drone-based intelligent cable identification and verification system is proposed. This system utilizes a drone-mounted cable identification device in conjunction with a cable inspection analyzer that demodulates Rayleigh scattering signals, while applying artificial intelligence algorithms to automatically identify and verify the target cable. In experiments, specific frequency sound waves and regular on-off control were used to eliminate interference. The results showed that the system could accurately penetrate the aluminum layer of the cable, achieving a misjudgment rate of less than 2%, thus providing high-precision cable verification. This technology offers an efficient and reliable solution for OPGW cable verification under complex live conditions.
