Abstract:
To address the issue of routing verification for OPGW cables under live conditions, a drone-based intelligent cable identification and verification system is proposed. This system utilizes a drone-mounted cable identification device in conjunction with a cable inspection analyzer that demodulates Rayleigh scattering signals, while applying artificial intelligence algorithms to automatically identify and verify the target cable. In experiments, specific frequency sound waves and regular on-off control were used to eliminate interference. The results showed that the system could accurately penetrate the aluminum layer of the cable, achieving a misjudgment rate of less than 2%, thus providing high-precision cable verification. This technology offers an efficient and reliable solution for OPGW cable verification under complex live conditions.
