输电线路无人机红外巡检航线规划方法

Route Planning Methods for UAV of Transmission Line Infrared Inspection

  • 摘要: 根据红外载荷推荐参数、国家电网无人机巡检技术导则、1000 kV输电杆塔典型设备信息等,探究了输电线路无人机红外巡检的拍摄方法,制定了包含复合绝缘子、压接金具、挂点金具、引流线在内的无人机红外航线航点、镜头上扬角度等航线关键参数选择原则。以浙江1000 kV安塘线典型耐张塔为案例,规划了巡检航线进行实际飞行,验证了参数选取方法的实际拍摄效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper explores UAV infrared inspection methods for transmission lines, based on infrared payload recommendations, State Grid UAV inspection guidelines, and typical equipment data for 1000 kV transmission towers. Key parameters, such as flight waypoints, camera angles, and inspection targets like composite insulators, compression fittings, suspension fittings, and bypass wires, were established. A practical flight route was planned and tested on a typical tension tower of the 1000 kV Antang line in Zhejiang, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposed parameter selection approach.
