基于强化学习的35 kV电网智能电压控制技术

Intelligent Voltage Control Technology for 35 kV Power Grids Based on Reinforcement Learning

  • 摘要: 针对35 kV配电网电压控制问题,提出了一种基于分层控制的智能电压调节方案。该方案将强化学习与自适应控制相结合,高层采用深度强化学习实现多变压器的协调控制,底层运用自适应控制确保单台变压器的精确调节。仿真结果表明,该方案在电压稳定性和抗扰动能力等方面均表现出优异的性能,提升了配电网的运行质量和效率。

     

    Abstract: This paper addresses the voltage control issue in 35 kV distribution networks by proposing an intelligent voltage regulation scheme based on hierarchical control. The scheme integrates reinforcement learning with adaptive control, where the upper layer employs deep reinforcement learning for coordinated control of multiple transformers, and the lower layer uses adaptive control to ensure precise adjustment of individual transformers. Simulation results demonstrate that the scheme exhibits excellent performance in terms of voltage stability and disturbance rejection, enhancing the operational quality and efficiency of the distribution network.
