基于电-热协同的综合能源系统功率波动平抑策略

Power Fluctuation Stabilization Strategy of Integrated Energy System Based on Electricity-Thermal Cooperation

  • 摘要: 针对电-热协同综合能源系统的功率波动问题,结合电储能和热储能的各自特点,设计了一种波动功率平抑的控制策略。该策略考虑了系统的波动功率及储能单元的SOEC和SOC,制定了功率平抑的基本原则。根据这些原则,将系统运行状态划分为8种工作模式,以有效控制波动功率。仿真结果表明,所提出策略在多种波动场景下能有效稳定系统功率输出,避免储能单元因过充或过放导致性能下降,确保了电-热协同综合能源系统的安全与稳定运行。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, aiming at the integrated energy system of electric-thermal coordination, combined with the respective characteristics of electric energy storage and thermal energy storage, a control strategy of fluctuating power stabilization is designed. The strategy takes into account the fluctuating power of the system and the SOEC and SOC of the energy storage unit, and establishes the basic principles of power stabilization. According to these principles, the running state of the system is divided into eight working modes to effectively control the fluctuating power. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can effectively stabilize the power output of the system in a variety of fluctuation scenarios, avoid the performance degradation of the energy storage unit caused by overcharging or over discharge, and ensure the safe and stable operation of the electric-thermal integrated energy system.
