At present, the annual utilization hours of coal-fired power generation enterprises in our country are decreasing year by year, but the of coal is increasing year by year. In addition, due to the liberalization of the power trading market, competition is intensifying, and the transaction prices of are getting lower and lower, leading to a significant decline in the overall profit levels of coal-fired power generation enterprises. In order to further improve the economic efficiency of-fired power generation enterprises, under the premise of ensuring the safety and stable operation of working units, it is necessary to improve quality and efficiency from different aspects, and the space and scope for profit. The article starts from the perspective of how the auxiliary service decision-making system can assist coal-fired power generation enterprises to create profits. analyzes local regional policies, uses data from the power plant side and network-related data as the basis, utilizes the auxiliary service decision-making system, and performs real-time analysis(with correction mechanism) to provide guidance for subsequent auxiliary service decision-making and business analysis. It also provides comprehensive analysis and summary on how avoid penalties, timely statistics on compensation, and how to file complaints in time for problematic penalties and compensation, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for existing problems, assisting coal-fired power generation enterprises to create profits.
