基于LSTM-EAA-Transformer的光伏发电功率短期预测研究

Discussion on Short-term Prediction of PV Power Based on LSTM-EAA-Transformer

  • 摘要: 随着光伏发电产业不断发展,光伏发电功率预测的准确性对于电网安全至关重要。为进一步提高光伏发电功率预测精度,提出了一种基于LSTM-EAA-Transformer模型的光伏发电功率短期预测方法。通过与几个常用的时间序列预测模型对比,证明了所提方法对光伏发电功率的短期预测精度更高,并具有较好的鲁棒性。

     

    Abstract: With the continuous development of photovoltaic power generation industry, the accuracy of photovoltaic power prediction is crucial for the safety of the power grid, in order to further improve the accuracy of photovoltaic power prediction, this paper proposes a short-term prediction method of photovoltaic power based on LSTM-EAA-Transformer model. By analyzing and comparing the proposed method with several commonly used time series prediction models, it is proved that the proposed prediction method has higher accuracy and better robustness for the short-term prediction of PV power.
