基于UWB及声音的电力沟槽内电缆故障快速定位方法

Fast Cable Fault Location Method in Electric Trench Based on UWB and Sound Technology

  • 摘要: 面向城市中电缆沟槽内的复杂多径传播现象,提出了一种基于UWB和声信号的电力电缆故障快速定位方法,以满足电力电缆故障的快速精准定位需求。该方法基于互补集合经验模态分解、本征模态函数的时延估计方法,以及多测量点联合的估计方法,将故障点的位置估计转换为一个非线性最小二乘问题,并利用LM算法进行求解。试验结果表明,所提方法能够有效实现电缆传播声信号与大气传播声信号的分离,从而实现电力电缆故障点的快速精准定位。

     

    Abstract: In order to address the limitations of the existing sound-magnetic synchronous method in practical applications, this paper focuses on the complex multi-path propagation phenomenon within cable trenches in urban areas and proposes a rapid fault location method for power cables based on ultra-wideband(UWB) and acoustic signals, in order to meet the demand for fast and accurate fault location of cables. This method is based on complementary ensemble empirical mode decomposition, time delay estimation method based on intrinsic mode functions, and a joint estimation method using multiple measurement points, which transforms the estimation of the fault location into a nonlinear least squares problem, and solves it using the levenberg-marquardt(LM) algorithm. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively separate the sound signals propagating through the cable from those propagating through the atmosphere, and achieve rapid and accurate localization of faults in power cables.
