高速磁悬浮列车悬浮导向控制器板卡测试系统设计应用

Design and Application of High-speed Maglev Train Levitation and Guidance Controller Board Testing System

  • 摘要: 为保证装配至控制器的各板卡功能正常,构建了板卡测试系统以检测板卡功能。结合软硬件进行功能开发,测试系统采用基于模块化虚拟仪器的总体架构设计,系统硬件基于PXI总线与LAN总线相结合的混合型总线架构,系统软件为运行于Windows系统下的自动测试平台,具有测试流程编写、执行测试及相应管理功能。通过该测试系统,可实现对各板卡功能的快速检测,为控制器功能测试及后续装车提供了保障。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure the normal function of each board assembled to the controller, a board testing system was constructed to detect the functions of the board. Based on the combination of software and hardware, functional development was carried out. The testing system adopts an overall architecture design based on modular virtual instruments, and the system hardware is based on a hybrid bus architecture combining PXI bus and LAN bus. The system software is developed as an automatic testing platform running on the Windows system, which has the ability to write and execute testing processes, as well as corresponding management functions. Through this testing system, rapid detection of the functions of each board can be achieved, providing assurance for the functional testing of the entire controller and subsequent loading.
