Abstract:
In order to ensure the normal function of each board assembled to the controller, a board testing system was constructed to detect the functions of the board. Based on the combination of software and hardware, functional development was carried out. The testing system adopts an overall architecture design based on modular virtual instruments, and the system hardware is based on a hybrid bus architecture combining PXI bus and LAN bus. The system software is developed as an automatic testing platform running on the Windows system, which has the ability to write and execute testing processes, as well as corresponding management functions. Through this testing system, rapid detection of the functions of each board can be achieved, providing assurance for the functional testing of the entire controller and subsequent loading.
