  • 摘要: 介绍了一种新型的换流阀电抗器更换工装,旨在解决传统更换工装操作复杂、劳动强度大、安全风险高及工作效率低等问题。该工装包括多爪吊装工件和滑动安装工件两部分,通过合理的结构设计,实现了电抗器的快速、安全和高效更换。实践应用表明,该工装能显著降低更换工作的复杂度和劳动强度,提高工作效率和安全性,具备良好的适应性和灵活性,适用于不同规格和型号的换流阀电抗器更换工作,对于提升直流输电工程的运行稳定性和维护效率具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: This article introduces a new type of converter valve reactor replacement fixture component, aiming to solve the problems of complex operation, high labor intensity, high safety risks, and low work efficiency in traditional replacement fixtures. This tooling component includes two parts: Multi claw lifting workpieces and sliding installation workpieces. Through reasonable structural design and working principles, it achieves fast, safe, and efficient replacement of reactors. Practical application has shown that this tooling component can significantly reduce the complexity and labor intensity of replacement work, improve work efficiency and safety, and has good adaptability and flexibility. It is suitable for the replacement of converter valve reactors of different specifications and models, and is of great significance for improving the operational stability and maintenance efficiency of DC transmission projects.
