Abstract:
This article introduces a new type of converter valve reactor replacement fixture component, aiming to solve the problems of complex operation, high labor intensity, high safety risks, and low work efficiency in traditional replacement fixtures. This tooling component includes two parts: Multi claw lifting workpieces and sliding installation workpieces. Through reasonable structural design and working principles, it achieves fast, safe, and efficient replacement of reactors. Practical application has shown that this tooling component can significantly reduce the complexity and labor intensity of replacement work, improve work efficiency and safety, and has good adaptability and flexibility. It is suitable for the replacement of converter valve reactors of different specifications and models, and is of great significance for improving the operational stability and maintenance efficiency of DC transmission projects.
