Abstract:
In response to the technical challenge of frequent jamming failures in a certain model of double-leaf push-pull type ball collection screens, which hinder the stable operation of the condenser ball cleaning system, this paper effectively addresses this long-standing issue that restricts the operational efficiency of the condenser ball system through multi-dimensional fault diagnosis, analysis of equipment structural characteristics, and systematic renovation and optimization. Additionally, it provides technical references for the design optimization and fault prevention of similar equipment, demonstrating significant engineering application value.
