Abstract: A SF₆ gas recovery device that can monitor the recovery rate in real time was developed to solve the problem of the lack of recovery rate measurement function of the existing SF₆ recovery device. Through laboratory simulation and application verification of 133 substations in a province, the errors of the SF₆ recovery amount, SF₆ recovery rate and actual data obtained by weighing are controlled within ±2%, and the recovery rate is stable at more than 97%.
