Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of difficult disassembly of corroded or broken screws that are often encountered in work, a three-dimensional model of a high-efficiency inductive fusion screwdriver was constructed and numerical simulation analysis was conducted. Firstly, a 3D model of the screwdriver was constructed based on UG/NX. Subsequently, finite element numerical simulations of key parts of the screwdriver were conducted using COMSOL, and the performance of the model during the heating and welding to cooling process was analyzed. Finally, the simulation results indicate that the model can achieve efficient screw welding.
