高效能电感熔接螺丝刀的数值仿真研究

Innovative Structural Design and Simulation Study of High-efficiency Induction Soldering Screwdriver

  • 摘要: 为了解决工作中经常遇到的锈蚀或断裂螺丝难以拆卸的问题,构建了一种高效能电感熔接螺丝刀的三维建模,并进行了数值模拟仿真分析。首先,基于UG/NX构建了螺丝刀的三维模型;随后,利用COMSOL进行了螺丝刀关键部分的有限元数值模拟仿真,并分析了该模型在加热熔接至冷却过程中的性能;最后,仿真结果表明该模型可以实现高效的螺丝熔接。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of difficult disassembly of corroded or broken screws that are often encountered in work, a three-dimensional model of a high-efficiency inductive fusion screwdriver was constructed and numerical simulation analysis was conducted. Firstly, a 3D model of the screwdriver was constructed based on UG/NX. Subsequently, finite element numerical simulations of key parts of the screwdriver were conducted using COMSOL, and the performance of the model during the heating and welding to cooling process was analyzed. Finally, the simulation results indicate that the model can achieve efficient screw welding.
