Abstract:
A cable-hanging assembly compatible with electric lifting devices was designed to address the technical limitations observed in existing auxiliary aerial work methods during overhead transmission line maintenance. The functional design and collaborative working mechanisms of key components — including hook-grabbing heads, cable-hanging pulleys, and guide rails — were systematically elaborated, with explicit explanations of their roles in streamlining operational procedures, enhancing work efficiency, and ensuring safety protocols. Through operational condition analysis in mid-upper conductor layers of multi-circuit tower configurations and practical case validations, the assembly′s operational effectiveness was conclusively demonstrated.
