Abstract:
This paper designs an infrared thermal imager system based on the MLX90640 infrared array sensor. The system uses GD32F303CCT6 as the main controller and processes thermal imaging data using distance compensation, bilinear interpolation, PID and other algorithms. The hardware testing result says that the infrared thermal imaging system can accurately measure the surface thermal radiation temperature of objects. This paper will study the effects of distance, color, material, and shape on thermal radiation through a self-made infrared thermal imager system.
