基于红外热成像仪的热辐射研究

Research on Thermal Radiation System Based on Thermal Infrared Imager

  • 摘要: 设计了一种基于MLX90640红外阵列传感器的红外热成像仪系统,该系统以GD32F303CCT6为主控制器,利用距离补偿、双线性插值、PID等算法对热成像数据进行处理。硬件测试结果表明红外热成像仪系统能够反映出测量物体表面热辐射温度。最后,通过该红外热成像仪系统研究了距离、颜色、材料和形状4个因素对热辐射的影响。

     

    Abstract: This paper designs an infrared thermal imager system based on the MLX90640 infrared array sensor. The system uses GD32F303CCT6 as the main controller and processes thermal imaging data using distance compensation, bilinear interpolation, PID and other algorithms. The hardware testing result says that the infrared thermal imaging system can accurately measure the surface thermal radiation temperature of objects. This paper will study the effects of distance, color, material, and shape on thermal radiation through a self-made infrared thermal imager system.
